Our raw materials are sourced from the UK to all over the world depending on the season, quality and supply. That's why you'll find a diverse range on our menu, from Swedish classics to authentic Italian pasta and rich Indian dishes. Each dish is prepared by a professional chef and frozen using cryogenic technology before being heated and served straight to the plate in the restaurant. This means that taste, texture and nutrients are fully preserved without any additives or preservatives.

We know that the way we cook results in less food wastage compared to traditional foodservice. Our meals are individually portioned, as calculated by professional dieticians, and we only use just what is needed in each meal. As a result, research shows that our meals create a 30% lower carbon footprint per serving compared to traditional catering.

At Fiffis we are also affiliated with the Corporate Social Responsibility Program, A Meal For A Meal. That's why for every guest we serve, we donate a portion to someone in need somewhere in the world.
